Terms and content policy

SnipSnapy Studio lets you create videos with third-party AI models. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

What you may not create

• Sexual content of any kind involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
• Sexual or nude content of real people, or any likeness of a real person without their consent.
• Content meant to deceive, such as fake news footage or impersonation of real people.
• Harassment, hate, threats, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm or illegal acts.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Prompts and images are checked by automated filters. We may block requests, remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without a refund of credits used.

Your content

You own the videos you create, subject to the terms of the model providers. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not upload images you don't have the right to use.

Credits and refunds

• Credits are prepaid, do not expire while your account is open, and have no cash value.
• If a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email admin@snipsnapy.com.

Privacy

We store your email, your prompts, uploaded images and generated videos so you can see them in your library. Prompts and images are sent to our AI providers to make your video. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
